Our cosy and comfortable apartment is in a very central location. The beach and the centre are within easy walking distance. Haus Karin has three holiday apartments, two classified a four-star and this one as three-star. There is also an apartment that is permanently let out.
Our non-smoking, two-room 43m² apartment on the first floor has been classified as three-star. It has been furnished and decorated in a charming, contemporary, light and antiallergenic style. The floors are tiled or laid with laminate. The apartment has a living and dining room with a kitchen equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a convection oven for pizza, a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, egg boiler, cookware and tableware. The room also has a dining table with three chairs, a corner sofa with a table, a floor lamp, a flatscreen TV with digital satellite channels and a DVD player, a radio and CD player and a sideboard. The bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide with an adjustable slatted frame, a wardrobe and two bedside tables with touch lamps and a stool. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a WC, washbasin, stool, hairdryer and cupboard with a mirror. The hallway has a wardrobe, mirror and shoe shelf. The hallway and the bathroom are laid with tiles, while the living room and bedroom have laminate. The accommodation was partially renovated in 2015.
It has a west-facing balcony for your own exclusive use with two chairs with footrests, a table and a parasol. It is 15 metres to a garden shed with table football, a table with four chairs and a grill. There is shared lawn of around 40m². There is a car parking space right by the house. Bicycles can be locked away in the garage.
It is about 900 metres to the beach, which can be accessed along good paths, so you can take a pushchair or hand cart. The centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800 metres away.
