This dreamlike apartment offers amazing panoramic views over the Baltic Sea. From the private balcony you can have a wonderful view of the sea and the beach, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. You will hardly find a more relaxing location than this.

The sandy beach of Schönhagen is located directly at your doorstep, across a small footpath.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a shared outside staircase. It has a covered balcony facing the sea, where you can relax on the sun loungers. A barbecue is also available. On the opposite side there is a portico, which provides access to a total of 6 apartments in the house. As the portico is very spacious, it can also be used as a covered balcony. A table and some chairs are available here, where you can sit and enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.

The apartment is spread over 110 square metres with enough space to accommodate up to six people (two people on the pull out sofa in the living area). It has its own small wellness area, with a hot tub that can hold 2 people and a sauna. In winter, the Scandinavian fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. You can sit next to the crackling fire and enjoy the panoramic views of the stormy Baltic Sea.

The flexible daily rate system is suitable for all types of budgets and holiday plans, such as a spontaneous short trip into nature, a weekend in the mountains or the long, relaxing summer holidays. Or you can take a break during the quiet off-season, when the beaches are virtually empty.

    “Die Lage ist absolut top, die Aussicht war einfach herrlich und die Wohnung ansonsten nett eingerichtet aber zum Teil schon etwas verwohnt.
    Das Wlan ist sehr schlecht.
    Für den Preis der Wohnung und im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen und Häuser, die wir in den letzten Jahren gemietet hatten, hatten wir mehr Service erwartet. Handtücher mussten mit dem Wäschepaket extra bezahlt werden. Es gab keine Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel und die Küche ist mäßig ausgestattet.”

    “Der Zustand der Wohnung ist absolut super. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, in der Küche vor allem wurde von unserer Seite nichts vermisst, ausser vielleicht ein Müllbeutel mehr.
    Im Bad war an Ausstattung auch nichts zu vermissen. Sogar Bücher sowohl für Kinder und Erwachsene und Spiele für Kinder waren mehr als genug in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Die Schlafräume haben auch sehr viel Stauraum und auch hier gibt es von unserer Seite nichts zu bemängeln.
    Der Bäcker ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, ein Supermarkt war direkt vor der Tür.”

    “Bester Meerblick in ganz Schönhagen. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider ist der Zugang zur Wohnung etwas umständlich. Bücher, Spiele und Kindersitz stehen bereit. Der Loft-Stil und die offene Bauweise ermöglichen im großen Wohnbereich einen freien Blick auf die Ostsee.”
