Apartment with a patio in a small holiday complex in southern Tenerife

This holiday flat has a great location at the Playa de Las Américas, only five minutes from the beach on foot.

It is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with built-in sofas and a large dining room. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. In the living room, large windows open up to the spacious patio with views of the pool. Adjacent to the fully furnished, separate kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine.

It is a cute, small holiday complex with a community pool, a basketball and a badminton court. A parking space is available in front of the apartment. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture.

The property is located only five minutes on foot from the beach; about 40 meters to the bus stop and in a quiet location.

    “Angenehm ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten zum Surf-Strand von Las Americas, für 2 Personen sehr geräumig mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche hat alles Nötige für kleine Mahlzeiten, allerdings ist klar, dass alles schon vielfach benutzt und leider nicht immer super pfleglich behandelt wurde. Netter Balkon, auf den im Lauf des Vormittags die Sonne kommt. Parkplatz vorhanden, und die gesamte (kleine) Anlage ist gepflegt.
    Ein Plus im Sommer ist bestimmt, dass die Wohnung sich praktisch nicht aufheizt oder -wärmt, sondern kühl bleibt. Wir haben das im kühleren Winter eher als schade empfunden.
