Quietly located house with ist own pool and a wealth of hiking possibilities
This old stone house is in the little village of Cvitici, a quiet village just 13 kilometres to the north-east of the town of Zminj.
There is also a kind of fireplace room with a small kitchen. The bedrooms feature beautiful wooden floors. The house was renovated in 2012.
The house provides around 180m² of living space on two floors. It can accommodate up to ten people in total. It has four bedrooms, which all have a double bed and large wardrobes. In two of the bedrooms there is also a supplementary bed. There are four bathrooms. One even has a washing machine. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary kitchen appliances, such as a stove, oven, fridge and so on. There is a generous sitting corner. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, a table, a cupboard and a TV with satellite reception and a DVD player.
The stone house lies amidst beautiful nature and just a twenty-minute walk from the Rasa river, which is accessed via forest paths. The area is good for cycling and hiking along forest trails. There is a little market in the village, just 200 metres from the house. The nearest restaurants and shops are 15 kilometres away in Zminj. It is about 15km to the beach.
There is a roofed balcony and in front of the house there is a large terrace that also provides shade. The site is enclosed and behind the house there is a garden with a pool, so children can also play there.
