Holiday house right by a swimming lake in a holiday park with a range of recreational activities

The dream holiday house with direct access to an inland lake, right on site, affords a beautiful view towards the North Sea embankment.

It was completely newly renovated at the end of 2012, including new flooring (tiles, and laminate on the upper floor), as well as a new kitchen and a big new shower room. The furniture in the living room has been completely renewed to a high standard. The house stands on a site of over 380m² right by the lake and provides around 75m² of living space. The lower area has a big living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen and a dining room. Both rooms afford a wonderful view of the lake and embankment. The lower level also has a big bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bedroom with a double bed. The upper level has another bedroom with an alcove, a double bed and a single bed. There is a sofa bed on a gallery, along with a reading corner, with shelves with any books and some board games. A highchair, travel cot with a blanket and a pillow are available (bring your own protective mattress cover and bed linen). The bedroom windows are fitted with blinds.
There is an electric fireplace which is for an atmosphere purpose only. It is not a real fireplace.

A table, garden chairs with cushions, two loungers and a canopy beach chair are provided in the garden.

The house is in the Eckwarderhörne holiday park, which includes a 50,000m² inland lake, also for fishing. A playground, tennis court (payable), volleyball court, sports ground, bicycle hire and a cosy little restaurant are available on site. From House A9 to the direct access to the lake is only about 250 metres. It is about 700 metres to the Eckwarderhörne beach facilities with a lighthouse, ferries and a starting point for guided walks across the tidal flats.

    “Wir durften in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus eine Traum- Urlaubswoche verbringen. Selten haben wir uns von Anfang bis Ende so wohl gefühlt, wie in diesem Haus. Die Lage direkt am Binnensee TOP, bei der Ausstattung fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts. Selbst unser Hund hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”
