The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, renovated in 2007 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court. The owner speaks Slovak, Czech and Polish. Several people in the family can speak English, so we can help with everything.

The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) in the carport and on the property.
