This beautiful semi-detached house at 2 km from Marina di Ragusa is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Around the villa there are a large private garden and a swimming pool. Ideal for sea lovers and for those who want to explore the beautiful cities of the southern part of Sicily. The sea is just 150 meters from the house and in 30 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful old baroque city of Ragusa (20 km, World Heritage Site by UNESCO) and the small town of Modica (20 miles). The city of Modica is also known for the production of an excellent quality chocolate. The beautiful island of Sicily will impress you with its climate, culture and traditions. The attic is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold). Bedroom 3 is a passage room to bedroom 2.     “Das Haus liegt sehr schön nah zu einem Sandstrand,der sehr schön ist. Zum Einkaufen ist definitiv ein Auto nötig. Die Reisezeit Anfang Oktober ist wohl schon zu spät. Die Strandlokale und auch das Leben rund um den Hafen waren praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden.
    Das Haus selbst punktet in erster Linie mit der Lage und dem wirklich super Platzangebot. Auch der Pool ist in Ordnung .
    Die Ausstattung insbesondere in der Küche verdient nicht wirklich 4 Sterne. Auch die Gartenmöbel im Wohnbereich laden nicht so sehr zum Verweilen ein.

    “Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Raum und Platz draußen wie drinnen. Lage ist ruhig und nur kurze Wege bis zum Strand, wo man auch zu Fuß nach Punta Secca oder Casuzze laufen kann (ca. 30 Minuten). Der Pool ist große klasse und für Kinder ein nasses Paradies.”
