29 km east of Kajaani, Lake Nuasjärvi 30 m (length 30 km, width 5 km), fairly deep shore, hard moraine/ sand bottom, own boat. Log cottage 1999, living room/ kitchen, 2 bedrooms double bed in each, sleeping loft 2 beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), open porch. Lakeshore sauna (12 m²) with dressing room, sauna with elec. light, water must be carried to the lakeshore sauna from standpipe or from the bathroom of the main building during October-April. High quality, elegant cottage, with plenty of space in living room area. Located on shore of large waterway, opposite shore 5 km. Well maintained plot on slope, steps from lakeshore sauna to jetty. Peaceful location. Vuokatti 3.5 km and Katinkulta by boat 2 km, by road 6 km. Nuasjärvi is well stocked with fish. Neighbouring cottage is 8105.

HOX: Cottage drinking water comes from the municipal water supply (excellent water quality), not need to bring drinking water.
