The terrace house is situated in a quiet residential area in the centre of Porto Rotondo, where it enjoys a convenient location.

This enchanting house with its garden and terrace has been tastefully furnished in typical Sardinian style, and is divided into two levels. On the ground floor are the living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads from the living room to the mezzanine floor, where there is a bedroom, which is separated from the ambience below. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. On the left side of the mezzanine floor is a door that leads through a small connecting room to a bathroom with shower and another bedroom. There is a sofa bed (queen size), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers here. This room has a large balcony, where a chest of drawers and a cupboard that conceals the water heater are located. The bedroom has a very original staircase that leads to a mezzanine floor with two single beds (for safety reasons, the mezzanine floor is unsuitable for small children).

The house has a well-kept garden with ornamental plants and flowers, as well as a garden terrace, which is furnished with sofas and sheltered from the wind. There is a roofed, private parking area for one car.

The care of the garden and the maintenance of the house have been entrusted to a person who is well-known to the owner and who is available to guests in emergencies at any time. In addition, his wife is available as household help for stays of over one week.

The house is located a few metres from the tourist harbour and the beaches, which can be reached on foot. Those who wish to can also take the free "maremare" shuttle service, which is in use during the months of June / July / August / September. In the same residential area, there are several bars, restaurants / pizzerias, a newspaper kiosk, laundry, clothing shops and a doctor-on-call service.

    “Gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Lage und gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Vermieter war super nett und zuvorkommend, schnelle Kommunikation, ebenso die Dame, die die Schlüssel übergeben hat. Ein richtige Wohlfühlambiente. Wirklich schönes Ferienhaus
    Aber nervig: Sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten im Schlafzimmer die Mieter im Nachbarhaus deutlich durch. Doch ab dem 3. Tag waren wir ohne Nachbarn. Im EG ist eine Küche oder Lager, um 5 Uhr morgens wurden Flaschen entsorgt und laut gearbeitet, was deutlich zu hören war. Jede Nacht hat in der Henry‘s Bar unterhalb des Hauses außer Samstag von 2 Uhr morgens an laute Musik und Gesang getobt. Teilweise bis 5 Uhr morgens. Schlafen mit offenen Fenster unmöglich.
    Deshalb für uns nicht besonders erholsam, trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vor allem die schöne Terrasse haben wir genossen. Insgesamt also positiv, auch wenn wir uns ruhigere Nächte außerhalb unserer heimatlichen Grossstadt gewünscht hätten.”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Einzig das obere Dachzimmer ist im Hochsommer auch mit der Klimaanlage schwierig zu kühlen, ein zusätzlicher Ventilator den wir in einem Kasten gefunden haben, schaffte da aber Abhilfe. Der Sitzplatz ist gemütlich und im Hochsommer dank der Schattenlage sehr angenehm.”

    “Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum sehr schön angelegten Hafen. Zum Haus gehört ein überdachter Pkw-Stellplatz für Fahrzeuge bis 2m Höhe. Dadurch war das Fahrzeug nicht so extrem aufgeheizt, wenn wir zu Ausflügen durchgestartet sind.”
