Provencal holiday villa with a garden and a shaded patio in a quiet south facing location near the sandy beaches of Saint Raphaël


This detached holiday house is quietly located in a small, secured housing complex about 1500 meters from the sandy beaches of San Raphaël. This villa will make for a relaxing family holiday with its south facing location, has no immediate neighbours, the garden and a shaded patio.

The 120 m² house is comfortably furnished and offers space for up to six people. The living room offers a cosy sitting area and is furnished with a fireplace, a television, a DVD player and a stereo. The air conditioning of the living room is enabled by a reversible, fixed, monosplit air conditioning. The separate kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a mini oven, as well as a dining area. There are a total of three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with a ceiling fan, whereas in the bedroom on the ground floor there is a mobile fan. There are two bathrooms and two toilets: one of the bathrooms boasts a shower, the other one a bathtub.

The house sits on a 600 m² enclosed garden, enclosed with trees and a furnished, covered patio, which is nicely shaded. Bicycles can be made available.

The house is locates in between Fréjus and its roman sights, such as the arena and the aqueduct and the beach resort of Saint Raphaël, only 20 minutes on foot from the house. This location ensures something for everybody's taste - whether you are looking for culture or a beach holiday - here you will find both.

    “Sehr geräumiges, sympathisches Ferienhaus mit rundum abgeschlossenem Garten, in dem ein Hund sich frei bewegen und nicht ausbüchsen kann. Alles da, was man braucht, um zu kochen und zu essen, zu schlafen, zu spielen und sich wohlzufühlen.. Französisches Flair für Liebhaber der französischen Lebensart.
    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gefühlt, als wären wir zu Hause.”

    “wir haben uns dort als Familie mit 4 Kindern und 2 Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Ja, das Haus ist in schon älterem Zustand und auch die Möbel sind Geschmackssache. Armaturen und Hygieneporzelan sind abgenutzt aber trotzdem: wir waren damit zufrieden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde sofort Vertrauen entgegen gebracht. Das war einfach sympatisch.”

    “Das Haus ist in einem nicht nur abgewohnten, sondern auch sehr dreckigem Zustand. Hier ist schon über längere zeit nicht mehr richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Das Mobiliar ist verbraucht, so sitzt man zum Beispiel fast auf dem Boden, wenn man sich im Wohnzimmer auf die Couch setzt. Die Küche ist in einem derart verdreckten Zustand Gummidichtung Kühlschrank verschimmelt, Küchen-Grill mit altem Fett verklebt und verrostet. Waschmaschine ebenso und die Kaffeemaschine verliert während des Blühvorgangs die Hälfte der aufgesetzten Wassermenge. Alle Wasserhähne, auch in den Bädern, sind mit einer dicken Kalkschicht überzogen. Der Garten ist faktisch tot. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Haus ein dickes Ameisenproblem: Wenn man Lebensmittel zwei Minuten auf dem Tisch stehen lässt, sind sie anschließend von Ameisen übersät. Das sind alles auch nicht nur Behauptungen, wir haben das anhand von Fotos dokumentiert.”

    “Je suis consterné par les critiques de ce client. Certaines d'entre elles sont justifiées, ( rouille localement sur le micro-four, fourmis si on laisse traîner des sucreries, calcaire sur les robinets d'eau, jardin " tot ",...), mais beaucoup d'autres sont le fait d'un nettoyage rapide et approximatif des clients précédents, à qui il est demandé d'effectuer le nettoyage final, inclus dans le prix de la réservation. Pour cette raison je facturerais désormais ce nettoyage fin de séjour séparément aux frais du client, ménage qui sera effectué par un professionnel.

    Heureusement que les 2 clients précédents ont été très satisfaits de leur séjour, voir leurs remarques.”

    “We spend 3 weeks in this house in July 2016 with a family of four (two adults and two children). We found the house very nice located and very spacious. The garden around the house is spacious with lots of places to sunbath or if you want to, to sit in the shade.

    Especially the veranda is a very nice place to have breakfast and dinner. We found everything we need to be available in the house.”

    “Wir haben die Ferien in Fréjus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und bietet für 6 Personen viel Platz. Alles Nötige ist im Haus vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten ist ebenfalls groß und gemütlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Mit der Reservation hat es bestens geklappt.”
