Im ruhigen, kinderfreundlichen Ferienhausgebiet Kolholmarna, etwa 4 km südlich des hübschen Schärenortes Grebbestad gelegen, findet man auch dieses ältere Ferienhaus. Eine gemütliche Unterkunft unweit der Küste, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Innen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Kamin. Zudem 3 SZ, Bad und schöne, gr. Veranda mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill für Sommerabende.

Diverse Ausflugsziele stehen in der Umgebung zur Auswahl, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt liegen z.B. die kleinen Ferienorte Grebbestad und Fjällbacke, wo im Sommer reges Treiben in den Gaststätten und Geschäften herrscht. Hier kann man auch fangfrischen Fisch genießen. In Tanumstrand gibt es ein Schwimmbad für kühlere Tage. Zum EKZ Sportshoppens Butik, mit kl. Spielland, Serviceladen etc., sind es ca. 3 km.
