There are parking spaces for cars in the yard, and guests can use the shared barbecue. In the yard of the family house there is a fast food restaurant that works in the summer period from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Apartment is situated on the ground floor and in its size of 90 m² comprises: kitchen, dining room and living room all-in-one-space; three bedrooms with matrimonial bed and two bathrooms (with shower and toilet). Tourist kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, gas/electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. Apartment has a SAT TV and couch. There is 1 air conditioner unit situated in the living room. Also, this apartment has a nice and spacious terrace (size 30m²) that comes with garden furniture and a breathtaking sea view. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
