The Karbuni bay is situated on the southern part of the island and is one of most beautiful bays on the Korcula island. The holiday home is located in the second row by the sea and only ca. 40 m away from water. The last ca. 50m leading to the house from the parking spot is a steep path. The house comprises two separate accommodation units connected by external stairs. There is a pretty terrace at guests’ disposal, equipped with a barbeque, where guests can unwind and socialize.

    “Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch ok.
    - Die Badezimmer sind eben mit Duschvorhängen ausgestattet; diese Vorhänge reichen aber nicht ganz bis herunter, wobei immer wieder kleine Überschwemmungen im Bad an der Tagesordnung sind.
    - Die Terrassen sind noch nicht fertig verfliest, unten nur im den Bereich des Grillplatzes aber nicht vor dem Eingang
    - Am Weg von Vela Luka zum Haus nach Karbuni ist in dem "Zwischental" eine Mülldeponie die vor sich hin schwelt - je nach Wetter und Windlage werden diese Dämpfe und Gerüche teilweise zur Küste getragen und man muss dann mit Mief und Gestank leben, was zeitweise wirklich sehr unangenehm sein kann.” “Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch ok.
