This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. This home is located in the small and quiet town called Rovinjsko Selo near Rovinj, a popular tourist city. Rovinj is also known as the Pearl of Adriatic Coast. The house is situated on a hill in the outskirts of a village and provides a gorgeous view of the sea and the countryside. The interior of the home is spacious and has modern furnishing. Each room has an exclusive bathroom and an additional toilet that can be accessed from the living room. There is a fenced yard next to the swimming pool and a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, tables and chairs under the shade, where you can barbecue. There is a well-equipped play area on the property. The last stretch of 20 metres of the access road is not paved.

    “Super vakantie gehad! Waren met 10 volwassenen. Alles is zeer netjes en schoon. Service en gastvrijheid een 10! Eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk. De villa is rustig gelegen en met 10 minuten zit je in het centrum van Rovinj. Zeker de moeite waard!”

    “Top Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern...

    An sich ein super Ferienhaus, allerdings war es zum Zeitpunkt im September 2013 als wir dort waren noch nicht komplett fertig! Entgegen der Beschreibung war kein Trockner vorhanden und der Kinderspielplatz fehlte auch noch komplett! Wir waren 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene mit 5 Kindern im Alter von 1 - 5 Jahre) und haben uns unter anderem wegen der Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen und schnell mal zu trocknen und wegen des Kinderspielplatzes für das Haus entschieden. Die Enttäuschung war natürlich gros, als dann kein Spielplatz da war...Es fehlten auch ein paar Geländer, was nicht gerade ungefährlich war mit den Kindern, da es ca. 3 Meter in die Tiefe geht (hinter dem Pool). Wenn alles fertig ist ein Top Haus, allerdings für Familien mit kleinen Kindern weniger empfehlenswert, da die Treppen im Haus sehr steile und recht schmale Wendeltreppen sind und auch der grosse Pool frei zugänglich ist und man wirklich jede Sekunde aufpassen muss dass kein Kind in den Pool fällt oder die Treppe runter fällt! Wie gesagt, wenn alles fertig ist und man ohne Kinder oder mit grösseren Kindern reist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, schönes Haus in dem eigentlich alles was man braucht vorhanden ist.” “Top Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern...
