Holiday apartment with a balcony and a lovely view into the distance

The apartment is centrally situated on the outskirts with a great view into the distance and of Silberberg and the main town.

The price includes: indoor pool, sauna and outdoor area, outdoor pool, fitness studio and the Kurpark. All thanks to WellSportAktiv. This programme is not in-house but in town, where the card grants you free entrance to swimming pools or fitness clubs. Further information is available on arrival.

The apartment of 65m² consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, a shower room, a kitchen, a dining and living room, a balcony and a car parking space. The kitchen provides a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove and a hob, an extractor fan, dishwasher etc. The bedrooms each have double beds and big wardrobes. One bedroom is on an open gallery at attic level. The living room provides a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and radio. There is seating for 4-5 people. A junior bed and highchair are available. The house has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee.

Bodenmais is a market in the Lower Bavarian area of Regen and is a climatic spa resort. Bodenmais is the most popular holiday town in the Bavarian Forest. It is known for its mine and for the Silberberg. Bodenmais lies deep in the Bavarian Forest, to the south-west, at the foot of the Großer Arber, and has about 3400 inhabitants. Places of interest include the mine at Silberberg and several glass-blowing factories. The largest and most famous is Joska. Beautiful trip destinations are the Großer and Kleiner Arber, the large and small Arber lakes, Zwiesel, Regen, Deggendorf and Sankt Engelmar with a treetop trail and the active centre in Bodenmais. An indoor pool, tennis courts, minigolf and other activities are available, including hiking trails. Bodenmais has a lot to offer both in summer and in winter. It is about 5-10 minutes to the Kurpark and the town centre. All the shopping facilities (Aldi, Rewe, a baker, a butcher) are within a few minutes’ walk. There are many local restaurants. Brand new: on arrival you receive the ArberAktivCard, which grants you free entry or price reductions for more than 50 leisure facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, museums and selected ski lifts in Bodenmais and the whole Bavarian Forest. The card is valid for all guests registered at the holiday apartment for the duration of their stay. Please note: the ArberAktivCard cannot be purchased freely and is only available together with a booking. The services included with the card can sometimes be restricted due to weather or operational factors, for example holiday days for leisure facilities.

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch! Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie (zu Saisonzeiten!) sind in fußläufiger Entfernung gut zu erreichen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind unerschöpflich.
    Der Sauberkeitszustand und die technische Instandhaltung der Wohnung sind jedoch sehr zu verbessern! Jede 2. Glühbirne(!) sind kaputt oder deaktiviert. Vllt um Energie zu sparen. LEDs würden da helfen, auch was die Treppenbeleuchtung angeht.
    Und eine gründliche Reinigung würde der Wohnung, explizit dem Bad, gut tun. Verstopfte Flusensiebe in der Dusche von Vorgängern sind einfach inakzeptabel!”

    “Ausstattung sehr gut, alles gepflegt und hochwertige Möbel, Küche im Top Zustand und alles vorhanden. Lage: Sehr ruhig mit genialer Sicht auf den Silberberg. Zustand: Sehr gepflegt. Räumlichkeiten sind absolut ausreichend. Sauberkeit: Sauberer geht es nicht. Preis: Der Preis ist absolut angemessen. Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Für die Wohnungsbeschreibung noch eine Anmerkung: bei dem 2. Schlafzimmer sollte erwähnt werden, dass es nicht abgeschlossen ist, sondern offen zum Wohnraum.”
