Holiday house with a garden, situated in an olive grove in the mountains above Anavyssos
This summer house is surrounded by a 24,000m² site. Its quiet location in an olive grove is ideal for beach lovers who would like to stay in a tranquil area, without masses of people, somewhat outside of town. The property is in the mountains to the south of Athens and looks down towards the coastal town of Anavyssos, with a lovely view of the mountains and the town.
The 80m² house has both a modern and rustic interior and can accommodate four people. The spacious living room on the ground floor consists of an open, fully-equipped kitchen, an adjoining dining space and a sitting area with a sofa and satellite TV (flatscreen TV). It also has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The bedroom opens onto the balcony. The upper floor has a bed and a sofa bed.
The garden, which guests can make free use of, has a grill and a lovely, roofed sitting area, inviting you to relax.
A car is absolutely necessary. Pets are allowed.
It is five kilometres to Anavyssos with two big supermarkets and other shopping facilities. It is a fifteen-minute drive to the famous Cape Sounio, where the Temple of Poseidon stands, looking down towards the Aegean. It is not far from the house to the vibrant harbour town of Lavrion, which is known for its gastronomy and traditional Greek cuisine and its fish restaurants, as well as cafés and bars. The area is popular with windsurfers.
