Delightful Holiday Home in Warns with Jetty

This is a charming 3-bedroom holiday home in Warns. It's located by the water and offers some stunning views of the surroundings. It is ideal for families.The home is situated amidst splendid lakes, green meadows and historic towns, making it truly unique. From Warns you can take wonderful cycling trips to Gaasterland, Workum, Hindeloopen or Stavoren. From here you can even take the ferryboat to Enkhuizen or travel by train to Sneek and Leeuwarden. Along the Ijssel lake, which is 2.5 km away, there are many beaches where you can swim, surf and fish. There's a supermarket and restaurant just 300m away.The home has its own private jetty. It has a fabulous garden with furniture for you to sit and enjoy the view. You can lounge on the fenced terrace with a cup of tea or a good book. The home is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring 1 pet for €4/night.On the domain there is place for a trailer of approximately 6m.Also there is a berth of 9m x 3.10m

    “Das Ferienhaus ist recht groß und geräumig, der Platz (auch um sich aufzuhalten) ist für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern ausreichend. Rund um das Haus ist nicht viel Garten, es gibt auch keine Sitzgelegenheiten für Draußen für viele Personen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend, ein Sammelsurium an Küchengeräten und -zubehör wie in den meisten Ferienwohnungen. Die Vermieterin stellt Grundlegendes zur Verfügung, wie Spülmaschinentabs, Reinigungsmittel und Spülbürste, ein paar Gewürze. Das ist sehr angenehm, wenn man nicht gleich nach der Ankunft zum Einkaufen kommt. Die Mappe mit den Informationen ist ein wenig veraltet, die Öffnungszeiten vom Supermarkt in Stavoren sind anders, auch die Abfahrtszeiten vom Personenschiff Stavoren-Enkhuizen stimmen so nicht ganz. Hier muss man eben selber herausfinden, wann alles geöffnet ist.
    Das Ferienhaus ist ein bisschen verwohnt, einige Dinge sind abgebrochen (Feststellung Fenster und Türen) oder die Schränke sind wackelig. Die Matratzen der Betten sind reichlich durchgelegen, Kissen und Sitzauflagen leicht schmuddelig und leicht kaputt. Wir haben uns aber recht wohlgefühlt in dem Haus und den Urlaub genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Preis ist eher an der oberen Grenze, da auch noch die Endabrechnung für Grundreinigung und Strom/Gas und Kurtaxe (teilweise vorher schon bezahlt) dazukommt. Wir haben für 2 Wochen insgesamt dafür ca. 60€ bezahlt (2 Personen).”
