Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Garden 200 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Garage.

    “Pluspunkte: sehr ruhig gelegen, gutes Platzangebot : zahlreiche große Räume mit bequemer Möblierung (z.B. Ledergarnitur im Wohnzimmer), TV, DVD-Player, großer Wintergarten. Partykeller mit Tischtennisplatte, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Gefriertruhe, große Garage, Küche mit modernem E-Herd (Induktion), Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Garten mit Grill. In Bad und WC alles OK. Ein ehemaliges Büro konnte als Spielzimmer für die Kinder genutzt werden. Begrüßungspaket/Starterpaket z.B. mit Wasch- und Putzmittel. Freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.
    Minuspunkte: Interhome-Agentur Royan mit Empfang total überfordert (lange Wartezeit, keine Einweisung vorort, fehlende Schlüssel, schleppender Emailkontakt), Hundekot und Zigarettenkippen im Garten, unzureichend befestigter Weg zum Haus, beschädigte Eingangstreppe, Schiebetür zur Veranda (Hauseingang) extrem schwergängig, Glasfenster im Wintergarten z.T. beschädigt. Liegestühle gibt es nicht. TV-Empfang z.T. gestört, nur franz. Programme, vorhandene Sat-Schüssel am Haus nicht angeschlossen. Kein WLAN/WiFi. Defekte Geräte (Handstaubsauger, Plattenspieler) sollten repariert oder entfernt werden. Betten für große Menschen zu klein. Häufigeres Heizen und Lüften der Räume in ungenutzten Zeiten würden dem Geruch im Hause sicherlich zuträglich sein, da helfen auch keine Duftbäume o.ä.!

    Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in Frankreich gemietet. Im Vergleich gehörte dieses Ferienhaus sicherlich zu den besseren. Eine Einweisung in das Haus und eine persönliche Übergabe zum Abschluss halten wir für unbedingt erforderlich.”
