This spacious holiday house with a modern interior is in the little village of Umag Kastel, in a quiet location.
The 120m² holiday house can accommodate six people. On the 70m² ground floor you can find the living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a dining table and chairs. The open kitchen provides a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hand towels and a hair dryer on the ground floor, and there is also a storage room. On the 50m² first floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, and a bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200cm). It also has another bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand towels.
The 15m² terrace with a dining table and two benches is accessed from the living room. The garden has a grill, and below the holiday house there is a 900m² plot of land that you can use freely. There are three parking spaces on site.
This holiday house is ideal for a family holiday and for those who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The house is very well insulated, so air conditioning is not necessary.
