With a modern interior and calm environment, this 3-bedroom chalet in Bressanone offers far-reaching views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The ski chalet rests near the Dolomiti Superski ski area and makes a great stay for a family or 8 persons traveling together.

During summer you can enjoy the great hiking, walking and mountain biking possibilities. Restauarnts and ski bus stop are withing walking distance. The town centre along with supermarkets and nightlife pubs rests at 2.2 km. Cross-country skiing opportunities are at 7 km. There is a lake at 15 km, a short drive away for a pleasant day out.

The ski chalet has central heating for comfort. There is a large live-in kitchen with a TV and stereo unit to spend some pleasant time together. In the shared, fenced garden, you can lie down reading a book or taking a lazy afternoon nap. You can light up the barbecue in the evenings and enjoy it. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet. Parking is available.

Getting there: Exit "Brixen Süd - Industrial Zone" - will take you directly to the 1 Roundabout, then left right direction - Albeins - Sarns - Milland - at the junction, follow signs to "Plose / St. Andrä".

    “Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist voll eingerichtet, man muss nur ankommen. Zwei Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Die Küche dient für das Zusammenkommen und ist bestens ausgerüstet - so man die heimische Spülmaschine nicht vermisst. Um die Wohnung herum werden mehrere Möglichkeiten geboten, sich im Freien auszuruhen, bzw. zu grillen. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich - es gab sogar einmal leckeren Kuchen.

    Man muss wissen, dass man in die Berge fährt. Entweder man bringt alles mit, oder man muss zum Einkaufen fahren. Spätestens in Brixen ist jedoch alles erhältlich. Wir wanderten dorthin - für mich eine sportliche Einlage. Etwas Training schadet nicht. Das örtliche Lokal hatte leider Urlaub, jedoch befindet sich oberhalb der Unterkunft ein Hotel mit annehmbarem Essen. Das Eis ist zu empfehlen.”
