This beautiful holiday home is near the medieval town of Bettona. The house is part of a property which consists in 2 identical gorgeous villas (IUP283 and IUP284), situated 50 m away from each other. Both houses have use of the swimming pool, the tennis court and the parking, but both have their own terrace and private outdoor space where you can rest, relax and enjoy the idyllic surroundings. The swimming pool and the tennis court are situated in a terraced area underneath the villas and each villa has its own access by stairs. Inside the villas you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all nicely decorated and can hold up to 8 guests. The living room/kitchen is bright and airy and has a lovely homely feel. Close by you can enjoy guided tours, cooking services and even cooking lessons. For the more adventurous there is bike rental for an extra cost. The property is also close by to Assisi 15 km, Perugia 25 km, Todi 40 km, the lake Trasimeno 50 km. All worth a visit to experience the local culture.

    “The house was in good shape, the pool was clean and large. It was absolutely no problem to share it with the other, second house.
    In August mosquito nets and ventilators would be very helpful (we came late in the summer - therefore this was no issue for us).
    Service staff there was also friendly and helpful (we could already enter at 12.00 instead of 16.00). The only negative point was gas and energy - for one week the bill was 90€! It would be better to have a total price and no surprises at the end.”
