Well-equipped holiday apartment near many trip destinations
This is a lovely and well-equipped, non-smoking holiday apartment of around 60² with free wireless Internet access. The apartment is on the upper floor of an annex and has a separate entrance, accessed from the courtyard on site. The annex is quietly situated on a side street with little traffic. The owner lives in the main house, which is also on site.
There is a carport with garden furniture for shared use (ideal for smokers). The site is fenced and therefore suitable for children and dogs
The holiday apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe and there is ample space for a travel cot (bookable at a small additional charge). The built-in kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a four-ring hob and oven, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and everything from a spoon to a soup pan, as well as a radio. The living room provides a sofa and armchairs and looks out into the garden. There is space for a folding bed or two supplementary beds (both available in the apartment). The bathroom has a bath and integrated shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The locality has two grocery shops with all essentials. The ice cream café “Zur alten Schule” is just a one-minute walk from the apartment, with refreshing ice creams tubs, homemade cakes and tarts, and warm and hearty snacks. There is also a restaurant just around the corner. Wingerode also has a flower shop, a hairdresser and a beauty farm. The train station and bus station are only about a 2-minute walk away, the A38 motorway about a 10-minute drive away. Trip destinations within 20km: the pilgimage chapel at Etzelsbach, Leine Bad in Leinefelde, Klüschen Hagis, Eichsfeld Therme – Vital Park Heiligenstade, the alternative bear park Worbis, the historical town centre of Heilbad Heiligenstadt, its little fairytale park (right next to the Eichsfeld Therme), Burg Scharfenstein/Beuren, Thüringentherme in Mühlhausen. For longer stays (from 14 days), the laundry package is changed weekly free of charge. If contract workers are staying for longer, an interim cleaning is carried out if required and charged. If holiday guests would like interim cleaning, it is also charge in addition.
