Holiday home with garden

The holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2014 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing. Baby cot on request.

Slatine. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house.

air conditioner. The entire property is air conditioned Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

    “Lage und Ausstattung wie in der Ausschreibung, Zustand der Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Induktionsherd, großer, moderner Kühlschrank, moderne, sehr gepflegte Badezimmer.
    Das Haus verfügt im EG über die Terrasse, ein Schlafzimmer (Klimaanlage) und ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne, Waschmaschine.
    Das 1. OG ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich, Fernseher und Sofa (Schlafsofa), Klimaanlage. Dahinter befindet sich das andere Schlafzimmer und dahinter das zweite Badezimmer (ohne Dusche!).
    Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet.
    Für zwei Paare oder Familien mit größeren Kindern sehr gut geeignet.
    Die Vermieter wohnen nicht im Haus, haben ihr Wochenendhaus aber nebenan. Sie waren daher bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben sie als nett aber nicht aufdringlich empfunden. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut Englisch.”
