    “Foto's zien er mooi uit, maar huis is vreselijk gedateerd. Was ook niet schoon, oud sanitair, smerige pannenlappen aan de haakjes, versleten grand-foulards etcetera. Ook zwembad en tennisbanen hadden mooiste tijd gehad. Er is de afgelopen jaren (zeker 15..) niet in dit complex geïnvesteerd.
