Villa Las 5 Palmas with a pool and panoramic view

The 180 m² villa is located in the picturesque village of Haria, overlooking the popular valley of 1,000 palm trees. The house was built in 1988 and completely renovated in 2013 by the owners. The result is a modern, spacious and bright holiday villa for the whole family.

The house has a large conservatory with a table and chairs as well as a large terrace with garden furniture, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view. The highlight on the property is, however, the private pool where there are sun loungers available to you. The house is not completely fenced, but is only enclosed by a low wall and plants.

The house has five tastefully decorated bedrooms; one with two single beds and the others with a double bed - which also consists of two single beds. One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom. This and the other two bathrooms each have a shower or a bathtub with a shower facility, washbasin and toilet. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The spacious and light-filled living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, a television with digital connection and a DVD player as well as a large dining table for meals together. You will also find the staircase here that leads to the upper floor. For added comfort and safety on holiday, the house has wireless Internet access (WLAN) and an alarm system.

The nearest shopping possibilities and public transport can be found about 400 m away. A restaurant is only about 200 m away. You have to travel about 6 km to reach the sea and the nearest sandy beach. Here you can play water sports and go fishing, among other things. A golf course is about 26 km away, while the airport is about 35 km away.

    “Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, es liegt sehr schön an einer Anhöhe und hat mit etwas Abstand zu den Nachbarn.
    Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geräumig, der Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein und auf der Terrasse ist es morgens wunderschön zum Frühstücken.”

    “Das Haus befindet sich im Ort auf einer Anhöhe, sehr schöner Blick ins Dorf und auf die Berge, in der Ferne das Meer. Das Haus ist mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, seinem Wohnzimmer und der gut ausgestatteten Küche sehr großzügig, auch von den Quadratmetern. Das Highlight waren für uns der vollverglaste Wintergarten, den wir gut zum Heizen des Erdgeschosses benutzen könnten, da es im Juni doch frisch war, und das angrenzende Schwimmbad, das abgesperrt werden konnte, ebenfalls das zum Haus gehörende Gelände. Das war uns sehr wichtig, da wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern angereist waren.
    Unsere Vermieterin regelte alles bestens, wenn es ein Problem gab, alles war sehr unkompliziert!. Pool und Haus wurden sehr gut gereinigt und es gab jede Menge Handtücher und frische Wäsche.
    Haria ist ein Dorf, das eine gute Infrastruktur hat mit kleinen Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten bis zum Dorf nicht weit und könnten sehr gut am Leben der Bevölkerung teilnehmen, Feste usw.
    Wer nicht unbedingt den Touristenrummel mag, ist hier in absoluter Ruhe bestens aufgehoben.
    Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern dort und vergeben die Note sehr empfehlenswert.”

    “Trivsamt hus och läge, välskött och mycket bra bemötande. Praktiskt och enkel och gott om plats, bra tillgång till badlakan. Poolen är välskött, men endast 16-17 grader varm, sängarna är sköna, men den på övervåningen har tunna madrasser och lämpar sig bäst för ungdomar.”
