A thoughtfully and carefully renovated barn which combines stone walls, exposed beams, and a feature fireplace with modern furnishings and appliances. The outside areas are equally attractive and well maintained; a covered terrace area overlooks the enclosed, mainly lawned private gardens, and the views from the terrace around the private swimming pool are of open countryside and woodland. The property is located in a small peaceful hamlet on the outskirts of the small market town of Villamblard (1km). Guests have the use of a private fishing lake which is approximately 1.5km from the house. A short drive will take you to the RN21 which provides quick and easy access to Périgueux and the historic town of Bergerac on the banks of the river Dordogne.

    “In het huisje was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden.
    De bedden waren ook zeker niet slecht (volgens 2 van de gasten met een slechte rug)
    Elke dag werd s'morgens vroeg zonder fout het zwembad gereinigd en als er overdag nog vuil in viel was er ook materiaal aanwezig om dit zelf te verwijderen.
    En was er toch een probleempje of een vraag, kon je de verhuurder steeds direct bereiken of belde hij echt zo snel mogelijk terug en zetten ze alles op alles om het op te lossen zonder enig probleem.
    Kortom, een plek om naar terug te keren...”
