    “Die Renovierung 2011 bezieht sich auf 3 Zimmer im Haus; Haus war nicht sehr sauber; Pool sehr dreckig; nur 2 Gartenstühle; Kaffeemaschine fehlte; nur 7 Betten statt 8; Handtücher sehr verschlissen, keine Badehandtücher; Doppelbetten 1,20-1,40 Meter, sehr eng für 2 Erwachsene; Bettdecken sind 2x2 Meter, passen keine normalen Bettbezüge, also muss Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Person für 20 Euro bestellt werden; Strom-Wasser-Gasabrechnung wurde am Ende mit 7 Euro pro Tag pauschal berechnet und nicht wie angegeben nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch. Somit haben sich unangemessene Nebenkosten von 400 Euro (Endreinigung 162 Euro, Bettwäsche/Handtücher 140 Euro, Strom/Wasser/Gas 98 Euro) für 7 Personen nach 14 Tagen ergeben, die zur günstigen Hausmiete unverhofft dazu kamen.
