Siena is one of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany thanks to its amazing medieval architecture which is an indication of the city's successful past. Today Siena is well known across the world for its famous horse race, the Palio, which is held twice a year in the town's central square named the Piazza del Campo.
Located on the 1st floor of an historical building dated back XIV century, with mullioned windows, this magnificent and bright apartment (160 sqm ), is in the very heart of Siena, 200 metres from il Duomo (the Cathedral), 200 metres from il Campo (the central square).
The terrace is wide and furnished with table and chairs for dining out , overlooking the monuments of Siena and the beautiful hills around the town.
The apartment is very well equipped, with antique furniture and the owners are available for good information ahead of time about restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you might need to know. Furthermore, as the owner is a teacher, she can give Italian lessons to foreigner people.
Cooking course and typical Tuscan dinners in the panoramic terrace can be organized by the owners.
Garage and parking are available nearby.
The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be a charge to be paid extra.

It's composed of: a spacious entrance; living room with tv and a panoramic terrace; dining room; a well equipped kitchen (oven, 4 rings cooker and one electric plate, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster and American coffee maker) with a small balcony and closet; one double bedroom (twin on request)with ensuite shower bathroom; one twin bedroom (double on request); one double bedroom (twin on request) one bathroom with shower.
The terrace is wide and furnished with table and chairs for dining out , overlooking the monuments of Siena and the beautiful hills around the town. Prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Baby cot and baby chair on request available for free. Wi.fi connection available for free. To pay extra and on the premises the central heating during the winter, inventory deposit. The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be an extra charge. On request it’s possible to organize Italian lessons. Pets: not allowed. Local tax must be paid cash directly on the spot.
