Two guest rooms and holiday apartments with a terrace or balcony, facing south and above the beach
The holiday apartments and rooms are on the outskirts of Brela in the Stomarica district. Owing to their beautiful south-facing location above the beach they receive plenty of sun, are not far from the beach and boast a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar.
The functionally equipped apartments have air conditioning and satellite TV. All the apartments have a terrace or a balcony. Parking spaces are available. Breakfast can be served on request, at a supplementary charge.
It is about 130 metres to the beach and the sea. The way to the beach has some steps.
Zwei Gästezimmer im ersten und zweiten Stock
Die beiden 21 m² großen Gästezimmer liegen im ersten und zweiten Stock des Hauses und bieten Platz für zwei bis drei Personen. Die Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und sind mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet, die auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. Auf Wunsch steht für eine dritte Person ein Zusatzbett (90 x 180 cm) zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren sind in den Zimmern ein Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher mit Satellitenanschluss vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet.
Die Gästezimmer haben bodentiefe Fenster mit Blick auf die Weinberge und das Gebirge.
Handtücher werden alle drei Tage, Bettwäsche wöchentlich gewechselt. Zum Kühlen Ihrer Getränke steht Ihnen im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach zur Verfügung. Ein Wasserkocher bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, zwischendurch eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten.
