The comfortable holiday apartment on the upper floor has two spacious bedrooms for four people, and two further person can sleep on movable armchair beds in a bedroom or the living room. The sociable centrepiece of the apartment is the comfortable living room. The big kitchen provides the latest electrical appliances, making cooking fun. The bathroom has a bath.

The living room opens onto the sunny balcony. The two bedrooms also provide access to a circulating balcony with a mountain view.

Your accommodation is in a cosy, detached residential house in a Bavarian country house style at the heart of the Chiemgau. It is in the Upper Achen Valley, and you can enjoy soothing peace and quiet in fresh and healthy mountain air, in a temperate climate. Thermal baths in Bad Endorf offer one of the most powerful iodine thermal brine sources in Europe for your well-being. Let yourself be enchanted by the farmhouses adorned with flowers and the easygoing Bavarian way of life. Whether as a couple or as a family, Schleching offers a lot to see and do and a range of sports activities for an active holiday. There are hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails nearby. There is also the tasty and well-priced Bavarian cuisine in and around Schleching, of interest to fans of dumplings and those who would like to be. There are grocery shops nearby.

    “Für Familien, die Ruhe haben wollen, ist es genau das richtige. Am Ortsrand, am Fuße des Berges, kommt keine Hektik auf.
    Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht. Sehr schön war die Mischung aus neuer Küche und alten Fliesen an der Wand (mit Seifenschale).
    Was gefehlt hat, sind Rauchmelder in den Zimmern und Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir hätten gerne vor Ort unsere Vermieter kennen gelernt.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung bietet zwei sehr schöne, helle und freundlich gestaltete Schlafzimmer mit schönen, sauberen Betten und Parkettböden, Fenstern und zusätzlich Bodenfenstern mit Tür - wirklich toll und geschmackvoll! Das Badezimmer ist ordentlich und sehr gut mit Handtüchern/Badehandtüchern ausgestattet, die von sehr schöner Qualität sind! WC ist separat und baulich bedingt kein Platzwunder.
    Die Küche ist sehr schön möbliert, bietet auch noch einen großzügigen Abstellraum und neben einer Spülmaschine und einer modernen Herd-Backofenkombination sogar eine Waschmaschine (sowie Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wäschekorb). Super auch die Ausstattung an Geschirr, Töpfe/Pfannen und all den Dingen, die ein entspanntes Kochen ermöglichen!!!
    Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen ursprünglichen Haus mit großzügigem und gepflegten Garten. Es gibt einen Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer in Südausrichtung zeigt und mit Tisch, Stühlen, Liegestühlen, Polsterauflagen und einer Verstaumöglichkeit für diese, sowie einem Sonnenschirm ausgestattet ist. Toll auch für den Morgen, bevor die Sonne heiß vom Himmel schien. Für nachmittags bot sich der umlaufende Balkon in Ostausrichtung an. Es gab also immer eine Möglichkeit, sich gemütlich zurückziehen zu können!
    Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und bietet diverse Wanderwege (ab direkt vor der Tür) in die wunderschöne Landschaft Schlechings und des Chiemgaus!”
