Pretty row house with a view of the apple fields of the Bozen/Bolzano lowlands

This beautiful and quietly located row house with a view of the apple fields of the Bozen/Bolzano lowlands is in Grutzen, a district of Bozen/Bolzano.

The house was originally an old farmhouse. About ten years ago conversion work started, which transformed it into this holiday house. The architecture of the house with its wooden beams and the steep roof is typical of South Tyrolean farmhouses. The house has independent heating and PVC window frames. It has three bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 190cm or 180 x 200cm) and an attic with two single beds (80 x 190cm). Two of the bedrooms have a magnificent view of the apple fields. All the rooms have parquet floors, all the beds have an orthopaedic slatted frame. Bedlinen, duvet or blanket, depending on the season and outdoor temperatures, are provided and included in the rental price. In the large living room there is a fully-equipped oak wood kitchen, with a pull-out table with space for up to 12 people. It also has a fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove with four hotplates, an Espresso machine and a German coffee machine, and even a bread maker and an extractor fan. The living room has a fireplace with a wicker chaise-longue with soft cushions, a large flatscreen TV, a radio and a comfortable sofa with space for six people.

The house has two terraces, from which you can admire the surrounding landscape and the Dolomites and relax. You can also use the large garden with rose and herb beds and a sun lounging lawn, including free deckchairs. Here you can relax wonderfully or enjoy your Mediterranean meals. There are two dining tables and four deckchairs. The site is fenced and a parking space is available outside of the garden.

The location of the house is very quiet and surrounded by nature, but all the essentials are within walking distance. It is the ideal starting point for lovely trips by car or train, as well as for hiking and cycling.

The house is close to the motorway exit Bozen Süd. The town centre is about a 30-minute walk away, or you can take bus line 10/A to get to the centre. The bus stop is a five-minute walk away, while to the train station it is a ten-minute walk , and to the airport a five-minute drive. There are shops about 2km away.
