Ideal for families or fishing enthusiasts: a detached little house just 100 metres from Lake Lungerer

This detached holiday house awaits you in a sunny and quiet location, central within the village and just 100 metres from the lake.

The little house provides around 40m² of living space, consisting of a little kitchen that is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, fridge, freezer in the cellar for fish, an oven, fish smoker. The light living and dining room has a sofa and TV, fireplace and corner bench for six people. One bedroom has a bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the other has a bunk bed that is ideal for children. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

There is also a big terrace with a roofed dining space and a fabulous view in the direction of Lake Lungerer. There is an outdoor campfire area below the house, ensuring a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.

Fishing enthusiasts can process fish below the house. Two bicycles are available for trips around the lake. A boat for four people can be hired in addition. Two cars can be parked in front of the house. Children will enjoy plenty of space and playing on the lawn. The house is ideal for a family with up to two children, or for those who enjoy fishing.

There are shops and restaurants about 200-300 metres away.

    “Ein ganz fabelhaftes Häuschen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich, durch einen hinterlegten Brief willkommen geheißen. Schon beim Betreten dieses schnuckeligen, landestypischen Holzhäuschens, kam wohlige Atmosphäre und Geborgenheit auf. Das Haus blinkte und blitzte vor Sauberkeit. Das Badezimmer sah aus als wäre es gerade renoviert worden und war, obwohl es nicht zum Tanzen einlädt, sehr praktisch und anheimelnd gestaltet. Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Essbereich für locker 6 Leute und zwei sehr bequemen Sesselstühlen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen offenen, aber mit Metallketten abgehängten Kamin, der offenbar auch benutzt werden kann.

    Außerdem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer. In einem der Beiden ist ein ausreichend großes Doppelbett und in dem Anderen Zimmer steht ein sehr stabiles Massivholz-Doppelstockbett, in dem es ebenfalls sehr gemütlich ist. Die liebevoll und sehr gut eingerichtete Küche hat alles, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herdplatten etc. alles da und sehr gepflegt.

    Unter dem Haus ist noch ein Bereich eingerichtet, in dem man seinem Hobby Angeln frönen kann. Das haben wir gar nicht benutzt, da wir nicht angeln und auch keinen Fisch essen. Meine Sorge war, dass man deshalb einen diesbezüglichen Geruch feststellen könnte, der mich dann sehr gestört hätte. Nichts... nicht der Hauch eines unangenehmen Geruches. Großartig! Das buchen wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in der Schweiz wieder und richten unsere Urlaubszeit auf die Verfügbarkeit dieses sensationellen Häuschens aus. Vielen lieben Dank an den tollen Vermieter, dieser Traumimmobilie.”
