The two apartments are located in the small village of Rovinjsko Selo, near the famous resort of Rovinj. They are located on the outskirt of the village and they come into contact with nature and so are the peace and quiet the essential characteristics of this environment. They are ideal for those who want to be away from the crowds of tourist centers but yet be close. The interiors are nicely furnished. On the same property you share a large swimming pool with counter flow system and partly with hydro massage jets, a summer kitchen with barbecue and a covered terrace.

    “Die Ferienwohnung hat eine ziemlich kleine Dusche, die für normalgewichtige Menschen kein Problem ist, jedoch anders wird man Probleme bekommen. Die Steckdosen sind zum Teil locker und stehen 1 cm aus der Wand raus. Das Doppelbett hat so gekracht beim Hineinlegen, dass sogar unser Sohn mit 4 Jahren immer wieder wach wurde. Die Kühl- Gefrierkombination ist zwar praktisch für Vorräte, jedoch so laut, dass man in der Nacht auf dem Schlafsofa kein Auge zu macht. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig angelegt, jedoch recht kalt und die Wasserfontäne und der Whirlpool funktionieren schon seit 1 Jahr nicht mehr, obwohl die Bilder in den Buchungsportalen angegeben werden. Es sind einige Fliesen locker im Außenbereich am Pool an denen Eckkantleisten aus Metall hervorschauen, was wiederum für Kinder etwas gefährlich sein kann und am Spielgerüst war an der Spitze der Klettereinheit ein Wespennest, das auch nach einer Nachfrage nicht entfernt wurde.
    Die Vermieter sprechen nur Englisch kein Deutsch!!
