Generous holiday apartment with modern furnishing, with two balconies and a view into the valley
The holiday house with the apartment enjoys a very quiet and sunny location on the southern slope of Hilder and offers a wonderful unobstructed view of the upper and middle Ulster Valley and the mountains of the Rhön.
The generous apartment of 130m² occupies the middle floor and has its own entrance. Depending on occupancy, two bedrooms are available (one with a box spring bed and electronic frame, one with a normal double bed and electronic frame), a big living and dining room with a tiled fireplace stove (ca. 50m²), a bathroom with walk-in shower and floor heating, a separate WC, a generous kitchen with a dining space and a study and reading room with a lounger. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartment has two HD TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
The apartment also features two balconies and an additional terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There are parking spaces right in front of the house. You can use the big, sunny lawn. Relax after an eventful day in the infrared cabin. Pets are allowed subject to prior request.
The house has been certified as five-star by the DTV (German Tourism Association).
All shops, restaurants and recreational facilities (e.g. the Ulsterwelle leisure pool with a sauna landscape) are within walking distance. All in all, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the unique beauty of the Rhön biosphere reserve, a UNESCO heritage site.
