Ground-floor apartments with a veranda and a garden, near ski pistes and hiking trails

The guesthouse is in a quiet area with a charming landscape, just 400 metres from the Kronplatz ski pistes and 2km from the ski lifts that are connected to Olang by bus. Nearby there are very good restaurants, thermal baths, a piano bar and a disco, all within a radius of 300 to 1500 metres.

It has roofed parking spaces in the area right in front of the house. The gardens are fenced and provide privacy and peace and quiet. In summer the terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and two deckchairs. There is also a grill area. The house is accessed along an asphalted road 20 metres long that is somewhat steep. In winter it is always cleared of snow and ice so that the house can be accessed by car.

Bed linen, hand towels, roofed parking spaces, wireless Internet access and the final cleaning are included in the rental price. Every Sunday evening guests are offered a free welcome snack with specialities of Italian cuisine. The owner lives in the house and is always available to assist with any queries. A bread rolls delivery service is available.

Hiking and mountain biking trails for interesting tours start just 30 metres from the residence. An outdoor pool (open in summer), supermarkets, a bakery and a butcher, as well as gastronomy are in the main resort about 4km away.

On arrival you receive the Olang Card free of charge, with which you can enjoy many benefits such as use of the ski bus, the city bus, the Ski Pustertal Express and all public transport in South Tyrol, including trains. Guided snow shoe hikes including equipment (every Tuesday at 10.30, from 22 Dec to the end of March), free use of the ski pistes, free use of the wireless Internet network provided by the tourism association and much more are all included with the card.

Apartment 1 A

The apartment of 62m² is all on one level on the ground floor. The living room has a kitchen corner with an induction hob, an electric and convection oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The dining space has a table and five chairs. Here there is also a big fold-out sofa bed for two people with a width of 170cm. The apartment also has a storage room with a cupboard/wardrobe and a mirror, and a bathroom with a window, shower, bidet and washbasin. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (width ca. 187cm) and a folding bed (width 90cm), a big cupboard (2.5m wide) and a desk. Instead of the double bed, two single beds 90cm wide can be set up. There is a 40” LCD TV. Free wireless Internet access is available in the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the garden. All the rooms have heating. There are fly-screens on all windows.

The apartment has a big roofed veranda and a private garden.

    “Ein schönes, grosses und sehr gepflegtes Apartement mit allem was man für einen gemütlichen Kurzurlaub braucht. Der eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Willi (Berner Sennenhund) ein super Platz zum spielen und umhertollen. Der Vermieter und vor allem seine Tochter waren sehr bemüht damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Durch die sehr ruhige Lage haben wir uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder einmal vorbei.”

    “Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in Hanglage oberhalb von Olang. Wir verbrachten zu zweit schöne Tage. Für uns zu zweit hat alles gestimmt: Platz, Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung. Der freundliche Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit einem Abendessen verwöhnt. Für uns war die Olang-Karte (Netzkarte Bus und Zug) auch ein tolles Angebot. Vielen Dank dafür.”
