The position of the house is ideal for all those who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the wonderful Mediterranean sun, but also for trips to the most important baroque towns in the surroundings of Ragusa such as Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto.     “Top-Lage für jemand, der Ruhe sucht. Direkter Zugang zum Meer, nur ca. 80 - 100m hinter dem Grundstück beginnt der Strand. Das Haus selbst ist gut eingeteilt und ausgestattet (Wohn/Eßküche, zwei Badezimmer, drei Schlafzimmer). Es ist eine große Kühl/Gefrierkombination, eine rsülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Auch gibt es einen Fernseher, aber es sind nur italienisch sprachige Sender zu empfangen. Bei den Außenmöbeln haben uns jedoch Kissen oder Bezüge gefehlt. Darüber hinaus gab es im Haus selbst zwei Duschen und Toiletten mit Warmwasser, in einem Extragebäude war noch weitere Dusche mit Toilette und Waschbecken vorhanden, hier allerdings nur kaltes Wasser. Es gibt eine Grillmöglichkieit und eine große überdachte Terasse sowie einen durch einen Baum angenehm beschatteten gefliesten Hofbereich.
    Bei der Übergabe war das gesamt Haus sehr gut gereinigt und mit Bettwäsche und Hand -u. Badetüchern ausgestattet.”

Ook is het goed schoongemaakt, een ideaal huis voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt, het is er ongelofelijk stil, zelfs het strand is rustig. Zeer geschikt voor relax en leesvakantie heerlijk onder de moerbeiboom in de schaduw of op het strand.”

    “Die Lage super, direkt am Strand. Sehr ruhig, 5 km langer Sandstrand, das Meer ist sehr flach. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, 1x in der Woche wird gründlich geputzt (auch der Aussenbereich). Es gibt verschiedene Sitz- und Essensmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich (wunderbar der schattenspendende Baum). Keine Hotels am Strand, nur mehr oder weniger einfache Ferienhäuser, zwei Supermärkte sind ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Barockstädte sind schnell erreichbar, die Agentur für Vermiertung vor Ort sehr freundlich.
    Ein perfekter Ort um den Tag mit einem ausgedehnten Strandspaziergang und einem Bad im Meer zu starten, danach einen Tagesausflug zu unternehmen und am Abend in Scicli essen zu gehen.”
