Holiday apartments in a villa with a garden by the coast on the island of Elba
The holiday apartments are in a villa on the outskirts of the historical Capoliveri, on one of the most impressive parts of the south coast of the island of Elba.
The villa was built in 2001 and consists of four independent holiday apartments on two floors, each with its own entrance. The Luna and Stella apartments are on the lower floor, while Rosa dei Venti and Sole are on the upper floor. As the site is on a slope, all the apartments have direct access to the outdoor area. The villa has a communal room with two washing machines and ironing equipment. Owing to the quiet location of the villa, it is especially suitable for guests who would like to spend a relaxed holiday. The villa has a free wireless Internet connection. All the apartments have radiators, but do not have air conditioning, as they are pleasantly fresh even in summer.
The villa is surrounded by plenty of greenery and a big, well-tended garden, shared by the Sole, Stella and Luna apartments. It has an outdoor shower, a barbecue and garden furniture. Each apartment also has a private outdoor area with a parasol, a table and chairs. The Rosa dei Venti apartment has its own garden on the other side of the house, also with an outdoor shower, barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a big, roofed parking area on site.
The owners are on site daily to assist guests. You are allowed to bring a small pet.
The old town centre of Capolivieri is 300 metres from the villa and a pleasant walk away. Services, supermarkets and the bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beaches are nearby. Within 2km there are the most beautiful beaches: Naregno, Capo Perla, Calanova, Barabarca, Zuccale, Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Madonna delle Grazie, Lido di Capoliveri and Costa dei Gabbiani. It is about 8km to Porto Azzurro, offering boat trips to the smaller islands of the Tuscan island group.
