    “Für Hunde absolut ungeeignet. Grundstück nicht eingezäunt, viele Katzen. Das naturbelassene Grundstück ist eine nicht mehr bewirtschaftete Rebe, steil und gefährlich, daher nicht nutzbar. Alles ist voller Ameisen (auch in den Schlafzimmern!), unbequeme Betten. Keine Lattenroste vorhanden, nur Holzladen. Spärlich eingerichtet, kein Backofen wie im Internet beschrieben. Kaffeemaschine fehlte, keine Couch im Wohnzimmer nur ein Bett mit Matratze. Sehr wenig Besteck vorhanden, nur eine Schüssel im ganzen Haus.
    Schade für das schöne Rustico. Das Haus steht zwar alleine, aber inmitten von anderen Häusern. Kinder, die laut spielen oder Musik hören usw. sind daher fast an der Tagesordnung.
