Apartment Fuma with a private balcony

This spacious 100m² holiday apartment is in the picturesque little village of Marčana, on the sunny Istrian peninsula to the north of Pula and provides ideal accommodation for a relaxed holiday in rural surroundings, far away from tourist noise.

The living room opens directly onto your private balcony with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy the extensive view of the green surroundings. Outdoor stairs lead down into the 300m² fenced garden area, which is for shared use. It has a terrace with a big, traditional stone grill for your own private use, inviting you to spend long grill evenings under a starry sky. You can also make use of the secure parking spaces right in front of the house. The owner’s brother lives on the lower floor and is happy to assist with any queries.

The holiday apartment occupies the upper floor of the detached, two-storey family house, which was newly built as recently as 2011 and is equipped accordingly with all modern amenities. The entrance to the apartment is via outdoor stairs, with the separate entrance ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. The apartment comprises a spacious living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a light bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, a coffee table and satellite TV, as well as a fireplace. Next to it there is a big dining table with six chairs inviting you to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and the third bedroom has one single bed (90 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed for a child. The bathroom comprises a spacious shower cubicle, a big washbasin with a cupboard under it and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection free of charge.

Your holiday apartment is about 1km from the centre of Marčana, with many shops and a good selection of cafés and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 6km away.

    “Schöne Feriwnwohnung - gute Ausstattung und Aufteilung - sauber - sehr hilfsbereite und herzensgute Vermieter - Lage ist abseits vom Urlaubstrubel, aber mit Auto überhaupt kein Problem.
    Einziger kleiner Punkt - es fehlt die in der Objektbeschreibung genannte Spülmaschine.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und schön hell.
    Die Betten sind dank neuer, bequemer Matratzen auch empfehlenswert.
    Auf Sauberkeit im gesamten Apartment wurde geachtet. Auch die Vermieter waren stets ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und SEHR gastfreundlich. Selbst unser Hund wurde freundlich aufgenommen.”
