Charming House in Smolonje with Main Garden and Wonderful View

This stylish and modern holiday house is situated amidst greenery under old trees, on a little green hill on the edge of the picturesque Dalmatian village of Smolonje near Omis. It provides absolute privacy and a breathtaking 180° view. The quiet and peaceful location, away from hustle and bustle and the noise of town, is enviable. The house is especially ideal for a family holiday (two families with children), as well as couples (two to five couples), in a perfect setting for an active holiday.Luxurious, spacious holiday house renovated in 2014, with an Infinity pool and whirlpool, on a hill in a peaceful location near Omis, ideal for families and couples

The three-storey 250m² holiday house was renovated recently in 2014. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate ten people. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. The hallways and stairs are wide and airy and are illuminated with modern spotlights. The chic main entrance leads to the modern first floor, with a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a big TV (satellite channels, DVD player), a dining table for up to twelve people and an open, modern kitchen. It is fully-equipped and looks out at the pool. New crockery and cooking utensils are provides, as well as a dishwasher and a big fridge. The blue sofa sets a cheerful colour accent in the otherwise white décor in a Scandinavian style. On this floor there are also two bedrooms with double beds, with luxurious bathrooms with washbasins with a cupboard underneath and a bath. One bathroom also has a washing machine. Each room has generous cupboard space and comfortable beds. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the rooms of the main garden and the pool, the garden at a higher level and the Mosor mountains and surrounding landscape with a stream and trees. All the rooms have quality furnishing. The bathrooms also have quality fittings and Italian tiles. The second floor comprises two further bedrooms, with a double bed and two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The single beds can also be joined together as a double bed. There are two additional beds in a guest bedroom that also has space for a junior bed. The separate wellness area with under-floor heating on the second floor boasts a whirlpool for four people and a separate shower, bath and deckchairs. This luxurious bonus makes the house attractive even outside of the summer season. You can enjoy the view of the Mosor mountains whilst relaxing in the whirlpool. The ground floor has not only a secure garage, but also a cellar and a games room with a table tennis table.

Every floor has two big balconies with an endless view. The wicker armchairs in the side balcony area provide a shady little place to relax. The great 30m² Infinity pool is surrounded by a 680m² plot of land. There are six deckchairs and an outdoor seating area with a grill and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen on the 100m² pool terrace. The traditional stone architecture outside is warm and has an appealing design, complementing the modern architecture of the house. You can sunbathe on the comfortable loungers, have a nap on the roofed balcony and enjoy evenings with a view of the illuminated pool.
