This charming little holiday house lies in quiet surroundings in the Dalmatian village of Bibinje near Zadar. It is surrounded by a lovely 1000m² garden, inviting you to relax away from noise and masses of people. The fenced site also has the main house and another holiday apartment, which the owner also lives in.

The extensive, fenced garden will delight you. The paths between the areas of lawn are paved. The garden itself is planted with all kinds of Mediterranean trees, plants, flowers and bushes. Every guest will find a shady spot to relax or read. Apart from a canopy swing there is also a big outdoor grill, where you can prepare delicious meat or fish. Apart from this shared garden, where you can also make contact with the other guests from the main house if you like, there is also a little private outdoor area with seating and a stone table, in the shade right in front of your house, for enjoying meals, relaxing or sitting together in the evenings. Next to the holiday house there is a garage where you can park your car.

The tastefully and comfortably furnished house provides 47m² of living space and can accommodate four people. It has a functionally equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and kettle. The dining table can accommodate four people. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a hairdryer. You will undoubtedly feel comfortable in the two bedrooms, which have air conditioning, a flatscreen TV and wireless Internet access. The first has a double bed (160 x 200cm), a clothes horse and a dresser. The window looks out towards the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a trunk, a wardrobe and a comfortable sofa.

There is a pebbled beach about 350 metres or a ten-minute walk away. Bibinje has sandy as well as pebbled beaches. There are good transport connections nearby. In the village centre about 300 metres away you can find a restaurant, cafés, bars, a post office and an ATM. It is 250 metres to a grocery shop.

    “Alles bestens und sehr sauber. Vermieter kümmert sich und ist freundlich. Sogar die Klobürste war neu. Es gibt ein Sammelsurium von Mücken-Gegenmittel (wobei sich diese in Grenzen hielten). Parken in der Garage war natürlich auch super. Insgesamt eine TOP Unterkunft.”
