    “Supermarkt op loopafstand, minder dan 3 minuten lopen. De ingang naar het appartement toe zit in de bruisende stad, maar als je de entree betreed is alles rustig, zodra je op de binnenplaats bent, is er totale rust. Zeker aan te bevelen voor ouderen. Hop en hop bus op loopafstand, tram op 5 minuten lopen. Gehele omgeving perfect, alles op loopafstand van restaurant tot winkel.”
