“Bukowiec ist etwas abseits der Haupttourismusort Polanczyk und Solina gelegen, was aber kein Nachteil sein muss, da es dort sehr voll ist. In wenigen Metern Entfernung ist ein kleiner Laden für das nötigste, die nächsten Supermärkte in Polanczy ca. 8 km entfernt und das nächste Städtchen Lesko eine halbe Stunde entfernt.

Der Stausee und die Flüsse sind ein Paradies für Angler, die See für Segler. Und die gesamte Region zum Wandern der Hammer mit vielen Wanderwegen. Zu erwähnen ist auch die alte Eisenbahn in Majdan (nahe Cisla) eine halbe Stunde entfernt.”

“Geeignet für Wanderfreaks. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit bescheidenem Angebot (für Südostpolen aber normal) ganz nahe. Alles preislich sehr günstig. Großer Garten. Fluss nahe aber auch im Sommer für Kinder ungefährlich, da breit aber sehr flach.
Die große Einsamkeit erschließt sich aber erst wenn man einige km weiter in die Beskiden hinein fährt. Dann aber mit Macht!
Auto konnten wir immer auch unbeaufsichtigt stehen lassen.”
