    “Das Haus hat nur einen Nachbarn und grenzt an den Pilz- und Beerenreichen Wald. Den See erreicht man in kurzer Zeit durch den Wald, eine öffentliche Badestelle (mit abgegrenztem Kinder-/Nichtschwimmer Bereich). Es sind ca 3,5 Autominuten zu fahren oder 12 min mit dem Rad. Es gibt viele hübsche Städte im Umkreis; zu Pippi und Michel sind es keine 30 Minuten Fahrtweg. Empfehlenswert sind die Städte Västervik, Vetlanda, Tranås und die bezaubernde Holzstadt Eksjö.  Ein Ausflug nach Torpön oder zu den Elchen in Virum, nahe Vimmerby, ist sehr lohnenswert. 
    Ein kleiner Laden befindet sich in Ingatorp und in Hjältevad. In Mariannelund gibt es einen Geldautomaten, eine Tankstelle, eine super Backstube und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 10 Autominuten).”

    “Bis Mariannelund wo alles zu finden ist, sind es ca 12 km. Der Private See, wo man gut ungestört baden kann war ca. 3 km entfernt, der Bellen gute 4 km, eine sehr schöne Badestelle. Eksjö ist eine sehr schöne alte Stadt, bei Willys kann man Preiswert einkaufen.”
