    “Der "schlechte" Ruf von Pattaya ist u.E. nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind - besser nur Bangkok - hervorragend Zahlreiche Malls, Nachtmärkte und Shops. Das Angebot ist überwältigend. Die berühmt/berüchtigte Walking Street in Pattaya ist (subjektiv) harmloser als die Reeperbahn in St. Pauli. Absolut familientauglich! Klar, Sexangebote gibt es im Umfeld auch, aber das findet man an jedem anderen thailändischen Urlaubsort ebenso, wenn man es denn will. We will welcome you at the Villa, the beds will be made and towels are provided during your stay, every 4-5 days we will make up the beds with clean sheets and provide you new towels for free.

Night life
For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the Villa.

Getting arround
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road 3 mins walk from the villa or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost 100 baht (2,5 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost +/- 200 - 300 baht (5-7 euro)

In Pattaya and Jomtien you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a few baht (depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht)

For your information
Because the Villa is located on a compound we ask you to be quiet when you come back in the evening or at night. Your neighbors like to have their sleep also with their families. So no loud outside noise after 21:00 hours.

On arrival we ask you a security deposit for 200 euro, you will receive that back when we check you out the day that you leave the villa.

Electric and water are excluded, on arrival we will read the meters with you.


- VIP Taxi, on arrival at the airport we can pick you up, our private driver will be their with your name on a plate and brings you comfortable to the Villa.
- Scooters, during your stay you can rent scooters with us; on arrival they will be ready at the villa.
- VIP tour Bus, we provide tours around Pattaya with a VIP bus; you will have a private driver to look arround pattaya during a day.
- Information map, on arrival you will receive a map with information about restaurant, bars, tours, golf, and more that can be visit in Pattaya and Jomtien.
- Taxi service on the compound, we have a taxi service for your daily shopping or to go to a nice restaurant.
- The Villa has a washing machine but when you don’t want you can bring it to the laudry service just outside the compound.
- Restaurants, bars and daily grocery you will find within a few minutes walk from the Villa.
