Holiday apartment with a roofed terrace and a sea view, very close to a sandy beach
This studio is just 20 metres from a long, sandy beach. It is on the first floor of the house and has a separate entrance. The house is somewhat away from the main road, in pristine nature, affording a wonderful view of the bay and the sea.
The apartment has a roofed terrace furnished with a table and chairs, looking out towards the sea. It is the right place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and to enjoy the view. The garden has a grill. There are parking spaces behind the house.
The 35m² air-conditioned studio apartment is newly furnished and can accommodate two people. The living room-kitchen comprises a sitting area with a sofa and a dining table and an open kitchen that is fully-equipped. The living room also has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and satellite TV. There is a separate bathroom with a shower. Internet access and a safe are available.
Within 500 metres of the house you can find various restaurants, supermarkets, a diving club, a tourist office, cycle trails and tennis courts. Dundo National Park is nearby. You can enjoy the beach and the sea every day, just a stone’s throw away.
