This apartment is on the first and second floors of the house. It is light and provides around 70m² of living space. The apartment has a comfortable and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a dresser, a TV table with a TV, and a wooden table and chairs. The cushions and fabrics match and are in good condition. The kitchen unit is conveniently equipped with a microwave and provides crockery and cutlery for four people. The dishwasher and the fridge with a freezer compartment are new. Many decorative elements create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The windows have double glazing and solid wood frames, all high-quality, like all the materials used in the construction and that are typical of a Valtenesi farmhouse. The main bedroom has a wooden-framed bed (180 x 190cm) with orthopaedic mattresses and a slatted frame. There are also wooden bedside tables, a big cupboard with drawers, bedside lamps and pictures, creating a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. The second big bedroom is on the upper floor and has two wooden single beds (80 x 190cm), a bedside table, a desk and a chestnut wood chair, and a cupboard. A lot of attention was paid to the décor and to quality here also, as well as to comfort and cosiness. The lovely wooden ceiling beams also exude charm.     “Wir sind zu dritt mit unserem Irish Setter Henry angereist. Als erstes fiel uns natürlich die gepflegte Anlage auf, da wusste man sofort, dass die Bilder des Objektes im Internet nicht zu viel versprochen hatten. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und Gastfreundschaft wird groß geschrieben. Man merkt, dass Sie das mit voller Hingabe machen, aber nicht aufdringlich sind. Da wir ja mit einem etwas größeren Hund anreisen durften( ist ja bei vielen Vermietern schon nicht möglich) hatten wir von Anfang an das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Die Wohnung Nr.7 ist sehr schön eingerichtet und beim Betreten dieser, war sofort zu sehen, wie viel Wert die Vermieterin auf Sauberkeit legt. Gerade die Küche wird in Ferienwohnungen oft nicht sauber von den Vormietern verlassen und da haben wir schon einiges erlebt. Aber hier fühlt man sich sofort zu 100% wohl. Bemerkenswert ist auch die Qualität der Betten, darauf wurde ebenfalls viel Wert gelegt, sodass wir jeden Morgen erholt aufgewacht sind. Urlauber, die vielleicht kein Haustier besitzen, brauchen hier keine Bedenken zu haben. Hier findet man bei Ankunft keine Hundehaare bzw. schlechte Gerüche vor, die vielleicht vom Vormieter sein könnten. Hier wird ordentlich gewienert! Ein Lob an die Reinigungskräfte des Hauses. :-)
    Mit dem Haushund Jago hatte unser Hund keine Probleme. Ich könnte hier einen ganzen Roman von Lobeshymnen verfassen, das würde aber den Rahmen sprengen. Kurzum, es war eine sehr, sehr gute Entscheidung diese Wohnung zu mieten.
    Danke liebe Fiorella, dass wir in ihrem Haus Urlaub machen durften. Wenn Gardasee --- dann bei Ihnen!

    “Die Anlage ist zentral gelegen und macht schon bei der Ankunft einen sehr guten Eindruck. Alles ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 7 ist eine sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist nicht nur alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird, sondern auch vieles was den Aufenthalt angenehm und "heimelig" macht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr liebevoll. Sie und ihre Familie waren uns auf Anhieb sehr sympathisch. Alles in einem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort.”
