The location of the house gives you the opportunity to travel both to the Adriatic Sea, 29 km away, and to the Sibillini Mountains, 38 km away. Indeed, the Marche region offers a variety of different excursions. What do you prefer? The sea or the mountains? The art city or the archaeological park? The historical villages or the Renaissance churches? It offers 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 of them with private bathrooms, a spacious dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Next to the main house there is an outbuilding with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. In the well-maintained, fenced garden you can enjoy your meals outside, take a relaxing swim in the beautiful pool or read a book in comfort. The landlords speak English, French and German. They are very friendly and helpful, and they would be happy if you can find your way back to nature during your stay. They will also be happy to give you valuable tips to try local specialties from simple to upscale cuisine and discover the traditions of this area. If you like shopping, there is a famous shoe outlet in Motecosaro. The vacation home is an ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a nice vacation in Italy, discovering and getting to know the traditions, hospitality and quality of this region! Upon request and payment on site, the owner can organize the following activities: Dinner with typical products of the region; mini cooking class with final dinner based on the prepared specialties; excursion to the sea or the mountains with guide and final picnic with typical products.
