Beautiful property located in the countryside in Santa Margalida which offers views of the mountains and the village and accommodates 6 people.

At the rear of the house there is a fantastic chlorinated 10 x 5 m pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m. The garden has one paved surface of 150 m2 and a lawn of 300 m2. The furnished porch of 35 m2 is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The fixed barbecue is situated near the pool area. Around the pool there are six deck-chairs where you can relax while sunbathing. The privacy of this property is partial. There is parking space for up to three vehicles and solar wafers on the roof.

In the living-dining room you can watch satellite TV, read or share endless table-talks with family and friends. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a gas cooker. The utility room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, and three bedrooms: one double-bedded and two twin-bedded, all with closets. The house is equipped with three fans and central heating.

This fantastic cottage is located just 1.5 km away from the town of Santa Margalida, where a market is held on Tuesdays from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and where you can find a wide range of local products. Just 10 km away, there is the beautiful beach of "Ses Casetes des Capellans" with crystal clear water and white sand. Being part of the town of Santa Margalida, the touristic area of Can Picafort offers all kinds of leisure activities both during the day and the night, such as a variety of water sports like windsurfing, paddle-surfing or jet-skiing.

    “Das im mallorquinischem Stil eingerichtete Haus lädt zum entspannen ein.
    Die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber. Nur das Kücheninventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen( Töpfe und Pfannen sollten ersetzt werden). Es ist nicht viel Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.
    Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird mit viel Liebe alle zwei Tage gereinigt und gewässert.
    Die Sitzmöglichkeit unter dem Sonnensegel könnte auch einmal erneuert werden, was aber stöhnen auf hohem Niveau wäre.
    Alles in allem hatten wir einen super schönen Urlaub.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Verständigung auf englisch hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Vermieter hat uns mit Eis für die Kinder und zwei Flaschen Wein für die Erwachsenen verwöhnt.
    Bei Problemen konnte man die Vermieter sofort per E Mail erreichen, und es wurde sofort reagiert.
    Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und wurde immer gereinigt. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß( und die Erwachsenen natürlich auch).

    Das Haus ist leider nicht klimatisiert. Es sind aber Ventilatoren vorhanden.
    Die Müllbeseitigung ist auch etwas problematisch.Da die Müllabfuhr das Objekt nicht anfährt, muss man seinen Müll in den nahegelegenen Orten Muro oder Sa Pobla in dafür aufgestellten Behältern entsorgen.Wir haben dieses immer mit einer Fahrt zum Strand in Muro oder einem Einkauf bei Lidl in Sa Pobla erledigt.
    Alles in allem würden wir dieses Haus immer wieder buchen.”
