The holiday apartment Old City is located directly in Porec old town. It is located by the sea, and the nearest beach is only 200m awayIt has been partly renovated and the owner lives ond the 2nd floor. Parking is availaible for free on the main city parking place approximately 500 meters away. This apartment can accomodate up to 6 persons and is located on the 1st floor with a surface area of 65m2. There is a furnished kitchen with dining table and exit to the terrace with garden furniture, two double bedrooms, a single room and a bathroom with shower/toilet. From the sleeping rooms there is a wonderful seaview. Air condition and wireless internet are available and free of charge.

    “Positiv: Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr heimisch gefühlt. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit schönen Pflanzen zum Entspannen. Aus allen drei Zimmern einen bezaubernden Ausblick aufs Meer mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang. Die Vermieter waren super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Jeder Zeit wieder.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, Wasserkocher , Toaster usw.
    Sie ist sehr sauber und geräumig . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter Wohnen oben drüber und sind sehr herzlich und Gastfreundlich. Und die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung jeden empfehlen und auch noch einmal Buchen.”

    “Schöne Altbauwohnung direkt in der Altstadt.
    Leider ist der kostenlose Parkplatz ca. 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
    Ein schnelles entladen von dem Gepäck, ist vor dem Eingang möglich.
    Die 100 € Kaution sowie die 3 € Anmeldegebühr pro Person wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. (Warum auch immer!)
    Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter. (Wohnen oberhalb der Ferienwohnung)”

    “Het appartement ligt op een paar meter van het bruisende stadje Porec.
    Echt een super ligging als je graag meteen in de drukte wilt zitten. Uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers zijn prachtig op het stadje en de zee.
    Het balkon waar we ook gebruik van mochten maken was prima en groot. Daar merkte je niet dat je bij het drukke centrum zit. Lekker rustig.”
